Born in New Bern, North Carolina, and raised in a proud Coast Guard family, Felicia developed a strong sense of adaptability and service from a young age. Her early years were spent moving between coastal communities, which eventually brought her to Newport News, Virginia, where she completed both high school and earned her Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Paralegal Studies from Christopher Newport University. This foundation of movement and service instilled in her the flexibility and dedication that would define her professional career.

With over two decades of experience in the legal field, Felicia began her paralegal career concentrating in real estate law, where she mastered the intricacies of property transactions, title searches, and client relations. Her expertise spans from conducting comprehensive title research and preparing closing documents to managing trust accounts and coordinating complex real estate transactions. After relocating to Virginia Beach, she discovered a growing passion for Elder Law, inspired by a desire to serve aging individuals and their families with the same meticulous attention and compassionate care she brought to her previous work. Her diverse background also includes customer service excellence and administrative leadership, making her uniquely qualified to guide families through sensitive legal matters with both professional expertise and genuine warmth.

A lover of the outdoors, Felicia enjoys spending her free time reading, hiking, canoeing, and horseback riding. Her recent return to the Tidewater area feels like coming full circle—bringing her back to the coastal roots that shaped both her personal character and professional journey.
