Brittany J. Moore
About Brittany J. Moore
With nearly two decades of experience, Brittany J. Moore has built a practice rooted in helping individuals and families protect what matters most. Her work spans the full spectrum of trust and estate planning — from drafting wills, trusts, and comprehensive estate plans to advising on estate implications, trust administration, and business entity formation. Brittany brings a rare depth to her practice by combining a strong foundation in litigation and negotiation with her transactional work, giving her clients a strategic advantage when it comes to protecting assets, minimizing disputes, and preserving family legacies.
A Practice Built on Strategy and Client Advocacy
Brittany’s experience extends well beyond the drafting table. She has represented clients in civil, estate, and real estate matters, negotiating favorable resolutions in breach of contract, personal injury, and real estate litigation. That litigation background informs everything she does on the transactional side — she understands where plans can unravel under pressure, and she builds them to hold.
Throughout her career, Brittany has worked in both private practice and corporate compliance environments, including serving as a Compliance Officer and Assistant Vice President at Bank of America, where she led a redesign of global regulatory management processes across 36 countries. That experience gave her a sophisticated understanding of complex regulatory frameworks — an asset she brings directly to her estate planning and entity formation work.
Tailored Solutions for Every Client
Brittany believes that no two families are alike, and no two estate plans should be either. She takes a deliberate, personalized approach to every engagement — conducting thorough intake assessments, identifying each client’s unique goals, and crafting plans that reflect those priorities with precision and clarity. She collaborates closely with financial advisors and tax specialists to ensure that estate strategies align with the full picture of a client’s financial life, not just their legal needs.
Her work encompasses wills and trusts, estate tax planning, trust administration, business formation, and asset protection strategies. She is also experienced in guiding clients through complex decisions with clear explanations that build confidence rather than confusion.
Beyond the Office
Brittany’s life outside the law is as layered and purposeful as her legal practice. An avid outdoorswoman, she finds renewal hiking mountain trails, fishing, camping under open skies, and embracing the full range of water sports the outdoors has to offer. Her love of animals is a constant — whether on the trail or at home, four-legged companions are never far.
A natural creator, Brittany practices pyrography — the art of wood burning — channeling the same precision she brings to legal drafting into handcrafted works of art. She is an enthusiastic visitor of art galleries and museums, and her appreciation for history and culture extends to a deep fascination with Norse mythology, which she explores through reading and research. She has a keen interest in essential oils and herbal remedies, approaching wellness with the same curiosity and thoroughness she applies to the law.
When she isn’t in the studio or on the trail, Brittany can be found on the dance floor, listening to live music, or in the boxing gym — where discipline, focus, and resilience are cultivated as much as physical strength. She is currently setting her sights on a new challenge: learning to weld, because apparently, there are still a few crafts left to master.
